Wood & Wood Veneers

• Environmental Protections:
  Avoid extreme heat or humid conditions (do not place near A/C or heating outlets or open windows).
  Avoid direct sunlight, which may fade certain finishes.
  Remember that wood breathes and absorbs moisture.
  
• Chemical & Moisture Warnings:
  Chemicals like nail polish, nail polish remover, alcohol (rubbing and drinking), and water may leave marks if not attended to immediately.
  Always use protective pads under drinks and hot plates.
  Clean up spills quickly using a soft, slightly damp cloth in the direction of the wood grain, then dry completely with a soft, dry cloth.
  
• Cleaning Guidelines:
  Clean weekly to remove dust using a soft cloth in the direction of the wood grain.
  A high-quality, non-silicone furniture polish may be used.
  Always avoid oily polishes and waxes.
  
• Prohibited Actions & Warranty Voids:
  Do not wash wood tops (surfaces, table tops, etc.) with wet rags or other materials and allow them to air dry. Doing so will damage wood and wood veneers and void all warranties.
  Liquid in glasses, cups, or centerpieces can sweat and leave ring marks on wood surfaces; these are not covered under warranty. Always keep surfaces dry and use protective mats under such items.
  

Laminate Bar & Table Surfaces

• Care & Cleaning:
  Always rinse after cleaning, as even gentle cleaning agents can leave residue that damages or mars the appearance over time.
  For everyday cleaning, use an all-purpose cleaner with a damp cloth, rinse thoroughly with warm water, and wipe dry (very important).
  
• Heat & Chemical Avoidance:
  Never expose laminate surfaces to extreme heat (such as plates and cups directly from microwave ovens, candles, or other extremely hot objects).
  Avoid harsh chemical cleaners (such as toilet bowl cleaners, hydrogen peroxide, oven cleaners, or drain cleaners). Always read directions carefully when using cleaning agents.
  

Marble Bar Surfaces

• Porous Surface Warning: Marble is porous and absorbs moisture from glasses or bottles, which leaves ring marks or blotches.
  
• Protection Required: Always use protective pads under any drinks.
