How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is a flat $15.00 per order anywhere in the continental United States, with no added handling charge. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not included, and a small number of ZIP codes carry an extra carrier fee. Orders are processed within 48 hours, and in-stock items usually arrive within 1 to 9 days by ground service. Oversized or overweight items can add a day or two, and a large order may arrive in more than one shipment. Full details are on our shipping information.

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days with your original receipt, as long as they are new, unused and still in unopened packaging. Online returns need a return authorization first, return shipping is paid by you, original shipping charges are not refunded, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Some items cannot be returned at all, including pool and spa chemicals, installed items, special and custom orders, clearance and discontinued items, and pool liners or winter covers once the box has been opened. Our return policy has the full terms.
