  • Replacement Parts: Many simple problems can be solved with replacement parts shipped directly to the dealer for professional installation or repair.
  • Freight Charges: Treasure Garden covers return freight charges for warranted factory service during the first year only.
  • Non-Covered Returns: Returned products deemed "not covered" upon receipt and inspection will be shipped and billed at your expense.
  • Rust Policy: Rust is considered a natural part of the aging process for steel/iron materials and is NOT treated as a defect.
  • Seaside & Indoor Pool Caution: Salt and chlorides accumulating on the powder coat finish can cause finish failure/paint blistering. Failure or neglect to perform needed cleanings will void the limited warranty.
  • Exclusions: Unreasonable, abusive, or neglectful use (failure to provide reasonable and necessary care). Any product modifications. Acts of nature (including, but not limited to, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms).
  • Legal Rights: This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
