• Customer & Technical Support: Unlimited USA-based customer & technical support.
  
• 1-Year Complete Care (Parts & Labor):
  Includes no-cost covered parts and labor (in-home service, if necessary).
  In-Home Service Terms: Infinity Massage Chairs will send necessary covered parts and an authorized service provider to perform repairs at the customer's residence free of charge.
  
• 3-Year Covered Parts:
  Provides no-cost replacement on covered parts for 3 years.
  Consumer Cost Responsibility: The consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties, and brokerage fees for parts during this period.
  
• 5-Year Structural Framework:
  Covers the steel, steel-welded parts of the frame, and any existing wood structure.
  

Replacement & Repair Terms

• Product Replacement: If a part is no longer manufactured, Infinity Massage Chairs may replace the product with a similar one.
  
• Replacement Value Cap: Retail replacement value shall under no circumstances exceed the original net price paid for the product.
  
• Declining Replacement: If the customer chooses not to accept an offered replacement product, Infinity Massage Chairs is no longer responsible for making repairs under warranty coverage.
  
• Parts & Structure Replacements: If a full product replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty periods, the consumer pays all related shipping, duties, and brokerage fees.
  
• Discretion & Timeliness: Infinity Massage Chairs will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame at its sole discretion.
  
• Field Service Restrictions:
  In-home field service is available only in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada.
  Field service requires pre-approval and must be performed by Infinity Massage Chairs-authorized personnel to keep warranty coverage valid.
  

Warranty Exclusions & Non-Covered Items

• Non-Transferability: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  
• Unauthorized Sources: Products purchased or acquired from unauthorized dealers are not covered.
  
• Commercial Use: Products used in a commercial or corporate setting are excluded.
  
• Excluded Causes of Loss or Damage:
  Improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or alterations/modifications from original condition.
  Improper electrical/power supply usage, power loss, electrical disturbances, or power surges.
  Dropped product (including, but not limited to, remote controls).
  Malfunction or damage from improper/unreasonable use or maintenance, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  Transportation, shipping, and handling damage (does not constitute a warranty defect).
  Theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, or vandalism.
  Environmental conditions (fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions).
  Loss of use during periods while the product is at a repair facility or awaiting parts/repair.
  
• Excluded Natural Changes & Wear (Not Defects):
  Softening or hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads (naturally changes with use).
  Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics (naturally occurs over time).
  Natural markings, grain, and dye variations in leather (no two pieces are alike).
  Failures of attach points (including, but not limited to, stitching, Velcro, and zippers).
